Coaching Programmes

Having seen coaching programmes executed poorly and having spent more than 25 years in L&D to know when an investment is worthwhile, our coaching programmes are developed with in-built metric progress indicators.

 

We offer 3 different coaching programmes, depending on the needs of our clients. All of our programmes offer an outline structure, and then the content within the programmes is tailored to meet the needs of each client. That’s both in terms of the business goals and the executive’s requirements.

 

Coaching With a Sponsor

Our ‘standard’ programme is what other companies might consider elite, but for us this is the least that executive coaching should provide.

 

Executive sponsors are typically senior stakeholders in the organisation that provide insight as ‘the eye in the business’. Creating this triangulation of coach, coachee and sponsor allows for a feedback loop that is essential for aligning the coaching process with organisational goals, whilst also producing the advantage that the executive's development is visible and impactful.

 

Our coaches have worked without sponsors many times previously, and we know first hand what a difference a sponsor makes. The results are more measurable and visible, offering far more value to the organisation.

Coaching With Stakeholder Feedback

The next programme is particularly useful when it is important for the executive to have ‘real-world’ feedback.

 

We begin the journey with discovery calls with a selection of stakeholders, that are either peers or direct reports to the coachees. In these 20-30 minute calls, we will find out the strengths and weaknesses of the executive from the perspective of these stakeholders, meaning we have real life examples to take into the coaching with us.

 

We guarantee the confidentiality of all stakeholders involved, but by having anonymous but real data that can feed into the coaching sessions, it means everything can be very specifically tailored. This provides robust measurement and ensures the coaching sessions are targeted to the development areas unique for each executive.

Coaching for Future Leaders

Our final programme is best suited to support an internal development programme. This is where your Future Leaders can benefit from the addition of an external executive coach, whilst dovetailing the programme back to align with the overall internal development programme. How this can work is completely bespoke to your business requirements.

We also offer Team Coaching. Whether you have a new team or a team that has worked together for a prolonged period of time, every team can benefit from working with a coach.
