    While multiple roles are involved, information about your coaching is treated with strict confidentiality. Your coach will only share perspectives and insights with your sponsor with your permission, and only when you are present in meetings with your sponsor.     Everyone who works with our coaches has private access to their own dedicated page on our coaching portal that provides effective and efficient communication in a wide range of ways. These include, worksheets, resources, links, messages, journaling, metrics, appointment booking, and action setting.     Success of coaching is based on several factors, the coach-leader connection being a critical success factor.     No. Currently, we focus on corporate coaching, ensuring our expertise is tailored to the specific needs of executives and leaders within organisations.
