There seems to be a lot of people involved in the coaching process; who sees what information about my coaching?While multiple roles are involved, information about your coaching is treated with strict confidentiality. Your coach will only share perspectives and insights with your sponsor with your permission, and only when you are present in meetings with your sponsor. The Leadership Coaches have access to some areas of your coaching journey information for administrative and quality control reasons, but only with your permission. The Leadership coaches will never share your information with any third party, including your own organisation. How do I communicate with my coach?Everyone who works with our coaches has private access to their own dedicated page on our coaching portal that provides effective and efficient communication in a wide range of ways. These include, worksheets, resources, links, messages, journaling, metrics, appointment booking, and action setting. How do I select a coach?Success of coaching is based on several factors, the coach-leader connection being a critical success factor. Do you coach private individuals, e.g. I’m paying for my own coaching, rather than my company paying for it.No. Currently, we focus on corporate coaching, ensuring our expertise is tailored to the specific needs of executives and leaders within organisations. What are the distinct roles in a coaching relationship? Coach, sponsor, coaches, client company?The coaching relationship involves key roles. The coach facilitates development, the coachee actively engages in the process, the sponsor supports the coaching journey with insight into day-to-day activities, and the client company ensures alignment with organisational goals and objectives. If it’s confidential, how will we as a company know if the coaching is progressing successfully?Our coaching process involves the role of a sponsor, who has knowledge of the day-to-day activity, strengths, and challenges of the person being coached. The sponsor will be able to provide support and direct resources to aid the coaching journey. The sponsor will meet, together with the coach and the coachee, three times during the coaching journey to help set and revisit agreed objectives and outcomes and to celebrate success.
