Our Values

Our values are integral to how The Leadership Coaches was built. We do more than just offer a world class coaching service. We help the world by doing it.

 

Partner Charity

The Leadership Coaches charity of the year and 1% for the Planet partner is Wen, the Women’s Environmental Network. Find out more

 

Members of 1% for the Planet

We are proud members of 1% for the Planet members. This means that we commit to donating at least 1% of annual sales directly to environmental organisations, and we feel very passionate about this.

 

Volunteering

Many of our coaches offer time pro bono to coach or mentor those who otherwise couldn't access our service. Here are some examples of the work our team has done.

 

  • During the pandemic, most of our coaching team supported the NHS Project 5 coaching which provided free of charge coaching to the NHS.

  • We partnered with Race Council Cymru and provided coaching to over 20 coachees completely free of charge. These were all Black Coachees and it was one of our initiatives to support Black Lives Matter, something our CEO, Zoé, really cares about.

  • In 2021 we were awarded the British Chambers of Commerce UK Business Heroes Award for how we supported during the Coronavirus.

  • More recently, Zoé is a mentor on the Epic charity programme which supports young people from marginalised backgrounds to launch their own start up business. We are also sponsoring the main award for this event later this year.

 

Striving for Diversity & Inclusion

Our whole business has been built on the foundations of respect and diversity. We would like to see a world where there is far more diversity in leadership, and we always advocate for this.

 

It is important to us to have diversity on our coaching team, and we are always looking for new coaches that meet differing demographics to join us. Not only does diversity offer so much more in terms of a balanced team, but this also means that we are able to match coachees more accurately as we have a larger range of coaches with broader experiences, just as senior leaders have.

 

The Leadership Coaches Charitable Trust

The longer term objectives of The Leadership Coaches is for Zoé to set up The Leadership Coaches Charitable Trust Foundation to help charities close the poverty gap through a mixture of coaching work and financial donations.
