The Leadership Coaches has just launched its brand new ebook called “How to Achieve More Diversity in Leadership”, which offers practical advice and guidance for HR teams and Talent Managers to help businesses improve the diversity across their leadership teams.
Zoé Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of The Leadership Coaches, said: “Diversity and inclusion are core values for us here at The Leadership Coaches, and I’ve always been incredibly passionate about encouraging businesses to take this more seriously.
“Only 24% of board seats globally are held by women, and just 8.5% by people from underrepresented racial or ethnic groups. This just isn’t good enough. There are so many advantages to having more diversity, for individuals and for businesses as a whole.”
