Executive Coach

Danielle is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator and coach. She has international corporate experience in Finance and HR in global companies like HSBC, Telefonica O2, British Telecom, Prudential, IHG, Lazard, Unilever where she has led diverse teams and reported at board level. She is experienced in leading teams in M&A, startups, organisation and digital transformation, strategy development, change design and implementation (including people and culture change).
Having worked in companies with federated as well as matrixed structures, she draws on her experience of leading in complex organisations in her work now as facilitator and coach of senior execs and their teams across industries, in companies like HSBC, Arup, Siemens, Willis Towers Watson, Marsh McLennan, Mercer, WPP and Egon Zehnder.
Danielle is passionate about working holistically and systemically. Deeply experienced in Organisational Development, Danielle supports her clients and their teams to create conditions within which they can thrive, enabling them to achieve and sustain a higher level of performance and health - personal, team, organisational. She does this through the use of neuroscience, psychology and group dynamics. The way she supports her clients to integrate thinking, feeling and behaving – their IQ, EQ, SQ, AQ – is welcomed by clients who want to leverage all of their personal wisdoms, so they feel congruent with their identity, personality, purpose and values.
A psychological and systemic coach, Danielle takes an integrative, whole-person, whole-system approach to the work she does with individuals and organisations. She does this by blending neuroscience, psychological and systems-thinking models into client programmes and team coaching.
