Laurence is a seasoned executive and team coach with over 14 years of senior leadership experience across global HR and perinatal medicine sectors.

She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an Individual Team Coach Accreditation (ITCA) from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and Master degrees in International Business and Administration from various countries.

She is based in London and has been coaching in English, French and Spanish clients from 30+ nationalities, over 20+ industries.

Laurence's coaching approach is intuitive, results-oriented, and warm. She coaches Senior Leaders and teams to help them define and achieve their goals authentically. By creating a safe space, she empowers clients to tap into their own resources, fostering a journey of self-awareness and meaningful action.

Her extensive experience includes senior global HR roles at Danone and TUI, as well as leadership positions in perinatal medicine. This diverse background equips her with a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and the challenges leaders face.
